Pancakes


Healthiest, Tastiest, Pancakes

No preservatives, no flour.

This is all you need



(1) Banana (fruit)

(2) eggs (omega-3)

1/3 Cup of instant oatmeal (fiber)

1/2 Teaspoon baking powder

Put all the ingredients into your food processor or blender

Just mix it for about 30-seconds

Pour it into a bowl for ease of scooping mixture

Heat your skillet or griddle at 350 with a little oil 

Use a 1/4 or 1/3 cup measure for each pancake

Cook on both sides, set your timer for approximately two minutes on each side depends on how hot it gets. Check it after one minute.

Have them for breakfast or a snack for lunch

You get your fruit, omega 3's and oatmeal all-in-one

My kids and their friends thought they were the best...until I told them the ingredients Lol 

No really, they liked them

My kids had maple syrup, I had homemade butter.

If you do have maple syrup, try it first without the syrup, just so that you can taste the banana.

You can also add a little more flavour by adding 1/3 cup of frozen cranberries.
